OSK-10-110-G-4-UHL1

The OSK series insulators (station post, reinforced glass fiber rod, composite silicon housing and sheds, monolithic flanges) are intended for insulation and fastening of current carrying parts in electric devices and distribution equipment at the alternating current, 6-220 kV voltage, 50 Hz frequency electrical stations and substations. The insulators are manufactured and tested according Russian national GOST and international insulator standards IEC. Distinctly from the outdated hollow composite insulators, the insulators are better bytheir electrical parameters and mechanical characteristics including polymeric material features generation. Unlike the pipes filled with foam, the monolithic core rod in the OSK type insulators eliminates generation of inner discharges and puncture; it also prevents current leakages along inner surfaces and walls as it is free from condensation present in hollow pipes. Insulator flanges are monolithic, casted from high strength aluminum alloy. The flanges are without welding seams. The insulators can be used in the extreme far North and tropical desert weather conditions.
